Home Comfort Specialist Adademy
8 January 2013
New for 2013 - OESP's Home Comfort Specialist Academy - If you haven't yet heard about this new and exciting program, you can get a taste of it by visiting our Online Learning Center. Ralph Adams did a preview of the program at our 2012 convention and he delivered one of the modules, Selling a Warm Air System along with Air Conditioning at our Oil Heat Retreat in Scranton, PA .
The program's objective is: to provide information to "students" that will give them the confidence needed to successfully address the complex needs of today's energy consumer. How many times did you lose the job because the consumer went with the cheapest company and then how many times did you get a call to remedy that particular job that wasn't done right?

Effective Professionals who can listen to customer's energy needs and concerns and provide them with effective solutions.
Customer service personnel and technicians can also enhance the sales component of their work by participating in this program.
Time Commitment to complete the program and receive a certificate of completion, 4-5 full days over an 18-month period. Classes will be available in a classroom setting, online and at our 2013 convention and trade show.
