NAOHSM will not be offering any of our core courses this year. We are conducting a survey this year and based upon that survey, will alter the program so that we can meet the needs of our membership. The elective Train-the-Trainer program will be offered April 2010 as well as stand-alone courses for trainers.

To better understand the 2-year program, click on the pdf icon for an outline of each class. To graduate and earn a NORA Certificate in Service Mgt, enrollees need to take the 4 core courses and 2 electives. Two online classes equal one elective.
